You can not use the Services if Toolmicro direct competitor, except with the prior written consent of Toolmicro. 1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Service.

3. Protection of confidential information

6. Ownership and Licensing

14. Term and Termination

Online services are billed annually and are non-refundable. No refunds or credits for partial months of service, rebates or refunds for months plan unused.
